531 charity impact program

Business with purpose.

Every few months, 531 Media films with The Man That Rescues Dogs, an independent Thai foundation rescuing street dogs in Chonburi. Brand partners can be part of that work, honestly and visibly.

A brand's story is stronger when it is tied to something real. So we fold genuine charitable work into what we do, and invite the brands we partner with to take part in a way that stands up to scrutiny: real footage from real days on site, not staged photographs.

Our goal is to create a controlled stray dog population and a well-informed local community, fostering a long-term, harmonious relationship between people and dogs.

If you own a business we work with, you can be part of it: sponsor a dog, fund a round of sterilisations, or join us on a filming day at the sanctuary. Support goes to the foundation directly; we handle none of it, and we take nothing for arranging it.

Our charity partner

The Man That Rescues Dogs.

A Thai non-profit foundation started by Michael J. Baines, a Swedish entrepreneur who moved to Thailand in 2002 and began treating the street dogs around his restaurant in Bangsaen. It now runs a sanctuary in Sriracha, Chonburi, caring for more than 800 dogs, working alongside Saensuk municipality.

They are a separate organisation, with their own team, funding and leadership. We film with them. We do not run them, and we handle none of their donations.

Rescue and rehabilitation

Street dogs that are sick, injured or abandoned are brought in, treated, and given the time they need to recover.

Sterilisation

Spay-and-neuter work across the surrounding area, the part that actually reduces how many dogs end up living on the street.

On-site veterinary clinic

Their own clinic handles day-to-day treatment, and takes graduate vets on internships.

Community education

Outreach in schools and public spaces, so the relationship between a town and its dogs improves instead of resetting every year.
